关节松动术结合中医推拿应用于膝关节骨关节炎患者治疗中的临床效果

摘要：

目的 分析关节松动术结合中医推拿手法应用于膝关节骨关节炎患者治疗中的临床效果。方法 选取我院收治的76 例膝关节骨关节炎患者为研究对象，分为观察组和对照组，各38 例。对照组患者应用传统关节松动术，观察组患者应用关节松动术节结合中医推拿法治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效及膝关节功能。结果 观察组治疗总有效率为73.69%，明显高于对照组的36.84%（P<0.05）。治疗后，两组患者的膝关节评分均明显优于治疗前，且观察组患者的膝关节功能评分明显优于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 关节松动术结合中医推拿方法用于治疗膝关节骨关节炎，可改善患者的膝关节功能，临床效果显著，可广泛应用于临床。

Clinical effect of joint mobilization combined with traditional Chinese massage in patients with knee osteoarthritis

ABSTRACT: Objective To analyze the clinical effect of joint mobilization combined with traditional Chinese massage in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis. Methods Seventy-six cases of patients with knee osteoarthritis were selected and divided into observation group and control group, with 38 cases in each group. The control group received traditional joint mobilization, and the observation group accepted joint mobilization combined with traditional Chinese massage. The clinical effects and knee function were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 73.69%, which was higher than 36.84% of the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the knee function scores of the two groups were better than those before treatment, and those of the observation group were better than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Joint mobilization combined with traditional Chinese medicine massage in the treatment of knee joint osteoarthritis can improve the knee joint function, its clinical effect is significant, which can be widely used in clinic.
