益气养阴活血汤治疗气阴两虚型紫癜性肾炎的疗效分析

摘要：

目的 观察益气养阴活血汤在气阴两虚型紫癜性肾炎治疗中的有效性。方法 选取2015年2月至2017年2月我院肾内科收治的气阴两虚型紫癜性肾炎患者78例，按随机数字表法将患者分为对照组（39 例）和观察组（39 例）。对照组患者给予西医免疫抑制剂、抗过敏、抗凝等常规治疗，观察组患者在对照组基础上加用益气养阴活血汤。观察两组患者治疗前、后的 24 h尿蛋白、尿红细胞水平、中医证候积分及用药后总有效率。结果 治疗后，两组患者24 h 尿蛋白、尿红细胞水平、中医证候积分低于治疗前（P<0.05）；观察组患者24 h尿蛋白、尿红细胞水平、中医证候积分低于对照组（P<0.05）；观察组患者总有效率高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 益气养阴活血汤在气阴两虚型紫癜性肾炎治疗中具有良好的功效，值得临床推广应用。

Curative effect analysis of Yiqi Yangyin Huoxue decoction on Qi and Yin deficiency type of purpura nephritis

ABSTRACT: Objective To observe the effectiveness of Yiqi Yangyin Huoxue decoction on Qi and Yin deficiency type of purpura nephritis. Methods Seven-eight cases of patients with Qi and Yin deficiency type of purpura nephritis admitted in nephrology department of our hospital from February 2016 to February 2017 were collected, and randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 39 cases in each group. The control group received conventional western medicine treatment such as immune inhibitors, anti-allergy, anticoagulation and so on; the observation group received Yiqi Yangyin Huoxue decoction on the basis of the control group. The changes of 24 h urine protein, urine red blood cell levels, TCM symptom scores before and after treatment and the total effective rate between the two groups were compared. Results After treatment, 24 h urine protein, urine red blood cell levels and TCM symptoms scores in the two groups were lower than those before treatment (P<0.05). After treatment, 24 h urine protein, urine red blood cell levels and TCM symptom score in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). The total effective rate of the observation group was obviously higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Yiqi Yangyin Huoxue decoction applied in the patients with Qi and Yin deficiency type of purpura nephritis has exact effect, which is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
