优质护理在妊高症产后出血护理中的应用效果

摘要：
目的 分析优质护理在妊高症产后出血护理中的应用效果。方法 选取我院收治的98例妊高症产后出血患者作为研究对象，随机分为对照组和观察组，每组49 例。对照组患者给予常规护理，观察组患者给予优质护理，对比两组患者的临床护 理效果。结果 观察组患者宫缩恢复时间、产后出血量、VAS 疼痛评分均优于对照组（P<0.05）。观察组患者的基础护理、技术操作、护理安全、护理舒适度、护理满意度等护理质量评分均高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 优质护理能够明确妊高症产后出血的临床护理要点，并给予患者针对性的护理服务，对控制出血，提高护理质量具有重要意义。

Application effect of high quality nursing in patients with postpartum hemorrhage caused by pregnancy-induced hypertension

ABSTRACT: Objective To analyze the application effect of high quality nursing in patients with postpartum hemorrhage caused by pregnancy-induced hypertension. Methods Ninety-eight cases of patients with postpartum hemorrhage caused by pregnancy-induced hypertension admitted in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 49 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, and the observation group received high quality nursing. The nursing effects of the two groups were compared. Results The contractions recovery time, postpartum blood loss and VAS pain score of the observation group were better than those of the control group (P<0.05). The nursing quality scores on basic nursing, technical operation, nursing safety, nursing comfort and nursing satisfaction of the observation group were higher than those of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion High quality nursing can identify the clinical nursing main points of postpartum hemorrhage caused by pregnancy -induced hypertension, and giving targeted nursing services is of great significance to control bleeding and improve the quality of nursing.
