快速康复外科理念在胃癌患者围手术期护理中的应用效果

摘要：

目的 探讨快速康复外科理念在胃癌患者围手术期护理中的应用效果。方法 选取我院收治的129 例胃癌手术患者，分为研究组（65 例）和参照组（64 例）。研究组患者围手术期应用快速康复外科理念护理，参照组患者给予围术期常规护理，对比两组患者的护理效果。结果 研究组患者带管时间、肛门通气时间以及住院时间均明显短于参照组，身体减重幅度优于参照组（P<0.05）。研究组患者术后12、24 及48 h 的疼痛评分低于参照组，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。研究组患者并发症发生率为3.08%，明显低于参照组的18.75%（P<0.05）。结论 胃癌手术患者围术期护理中融入快速康复外科理念效果显著，能有效缩短恢复时间，减轻疼痛，同时降低并发症发生率。

Application effect of fast track surgery in the perioperative nursing for patients with gastric carcinoma

ABSTRACT: Objective To study the application effect of fast track surgery in the perioperative nursing for patients with gastric carcinoma. Methods A total of 129 cases of patients with gastric carcinoma admitted in our hospital were selected and divided into study group (n=65) and control group (n=64). The study group was given fast track surgery in the perioperative nursing, and the control group received conventional perioperative nursing. The nursing effects of the two groups were compared. Results The tube time, anal ventilation time and hospitalization time of the study group were shorter than those of the control group, and the body weight reduction of the study group was better than that of the control group (P<0.05). The VAS scores 12, 24 and 48 hours after operation of the study group were better than those of the control group (P<0.05). The incidence rate of complications of the study group was 3.08%, which was lower than 18.75% of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Fast track surgery in the perioperative nursing for patients with gastric carcinoma has significant clinical effect. It can significantly shorten the recovery time, alleviate pain and reduce the incidence rate of complications.
