综合护理干预在产妇产时及产后出血护理中的临床效果

摘要：

目的 探讨产妇产时及产后出血护理中应用综合护理干预的临床效果。方法 选择我院接诊的120 例产妇作为研究对象，分为观察组和对照组，每组60例。观察组产妇给予综合护理干预，对照组产妇给予常规护理措施。观察比较两组产妇产时及产后出血量、产程时间、护理满意度。结果 观察组产妇产时出血量为（164.92±12.84）mL，产后出血量为（104.45±21.35） mL，明显少于对照组的（217.45±14.25）mL、（209.51±23.61）mL（P<0.05）；观察组产妇总产程为（12.26±2.00）h，短于对照组的
（13.72±4.10）h（P<0.05）；观察组护理满意度为91.67%，高于对照组的75.00%（P<0.05）。结论 综合护理干预应用于产妇产时及产后出血护理中，能显著减少产妇出血量，缩短产程，提高产妇对护理工作的满意度，值得应用。

Clinical effect of comprehensive nursing in maternal with intrapartum and postpartum hemorrhage

ABSTRACT: Objective To investigate the clinical effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in maternal with intrapartum and postpartum hemorrhage. Methods A total of 120 maternal admitted in our hospital were selected and divided into observation group and control group, with 60 cases in each group. The observation group was given comprehensive nursing intervention, and the control group received routine nursing. The intrapartum and postpartum blood loss, labor time and nursing satisfaction rate of the two groups were observed and compared. Results The amount of intrapartum blood loss in the observation group was (64.92±12.84) mL, and the postpartum blood loss was (104.45±21.35) mL; which were lower than (217.45±14.25) mL and (209.51±23.61) mL in the control group (P<0.05). The total labor time of the observation group was (12.26±2.00) h, which was shorter than (13.72±4.10) h of the control group (P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction rate of the observation group 91.67%, which was higher than 75.00% of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention in maternal with intrapartum and postpartum hemorrhage can significantly reduce the blood loss, shorten the labor time and improve the patients`` nursing satisfaction, which can be applied in clinic.
