护理干预对留置导尿患者预防尿路感染的临床效果

摘要：
目的 分析探讨护理干预对留置导尿患者预防尿路感染的效果。方法 选择本院收治的106 例留置导尿患者为研究对象，将其分成A组和B组，每组53例。A组患者给予专业护理干预，B组患者给予常规护理，对比两组患者留置导尿后尿路感染发生情况及生活质量。结果 A 组患者不同时间点的尿路感染发生率均低于B组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；A 组患者 的生活质量评分高于B组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 对留置导尿患者实施专业的护理干预，能够降低尿路感染发生率，提高生活质量，值得推广。

Clinical effect of nursing intervention on prevention of urinary tract infection in patients received
indwelling urethral catheterization

ABSTRACT: Objective To analyze and evaluate the effect of nursing intervention on prevention of urinary tract infection in patients received indwelling urethral catheterization. Methods A total of 106 cases of patients received indwelling urethral catheterization were selected and divided into group A and group B, with 53 cases in each group. The urinary tract infection rate and quality of life of the two groups were compared. Results The urinary tract infection rate at different time point in group A were lower than those in the group B (P<0.05). The quality of life score of the group A was higher than that of the group B (P<0.05). Conclusion The implementation of nursing intervention for patients received indwelling urethral catheterization can reduce the incidence rate of urinary tract infection and improve the quality of life, which is worthy of promotion in clinic.
