护理干预对妊娠高血压综合征患者血压和妊娠结局的影响

摘要：

目的 探讨护理干预对妊娠高血压综合征患者血压和妊娠结局的影响。方法 选取我院收治的妊娠高血压综合征患者 58例作为研究对象，随机将其分为研究组和对照组，各29例。对照组患者给予常规治疗和护理，研究组患者在对照组的基础上给予护理干预，观察对比两组患者的血压和妊娠结局。结果 护理干预后，两组患者的收缩压和舒张压均明显降低，且研究组患者明显低于对照组（P<0.05）。研究组患者产后出血、胎盘早剥、剖宫产、子痫的发生率显著低于对照组（P<0.05）。研究组新生儿早产、新生儿窒息的发生率显著低于对照组（P<0.05）。两组新生儿死亡率比较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论 妊娠高血压综合征患者采用综合护理干预措施，可有效控制血压，改善妊娠结局，具有较高的临床应用价值，可推广使用。

Effect of nursing intervention on blood pressure and pregnancy outcome in patients with pregnancy-induced

hypertension syndrome

ABSTRACT: Objective To discuss the effect of nursing intervention on blood pressure and pregnancy outcome in patients with pregnancy-induced hypertension syndrome. Methods A total of 58 cases of patients with pregnancy-induced hypertension syndrome admitted in our hospital were selected and divided into research group and control group, with 29 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were given traditional treatment and nursing, while patients in the research group were given nursing intervention on the basis of the control group. The blood pressure and pregnancy outcome of the two groups were compared. Results After nursing intervention, the systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure of the two groups were lower than those before nursing intervention, and those of the research group were lower than the control group (P<0.05). The incidence rate of opostpartum hemorrhage, placental abruption, cesarean section, eclampsia of pregnancy in the research group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). The incidence rates of premature birth, asphyxia in the research group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). There was no significant different in death of neaborn in the groups (P>0.05). Conclusion Nursing intervention for patients with pregnancy-induced hypertension syndrome can effectively control patients`` blood pressure, and improve the pregnancy outcome, which is worthy of clinical application.
