综合护理干预对冠心病患者生活质量的影响

摘要：

目的 探讨综合护理干预对冠心病患者生活质量的影响。方法 收集我院收治的冠心病患者80例，按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组，各40例。对照组患者给予常规护理，观察组患者在常规护理基础上给予综合护理干预，比较两组患者的生活质量。结果 护理干预前，两组患者的生活质量评分比较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）；护理干预后，两组患者的生活质量评分均明显升高（P<0.05）；观察组患者的生活质量评分高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 综合护理干预可提高冠心病患者的生活质量，提高疾病知识知晓率，减少疾病发作次数。

Effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on quality of life in patients with coronary heart disease

ABSTRACT: Objective To investigate the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on the quality of life in patients with coronary heart disease. Methods Eighty cases of patients with coronary heart disease admitted in our hospital were selected as the research objects, all the patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 40 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, and the observation group was given comprehensive nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing. The quality of life of the two groups were compared. Results Before nursing intervention, the scores of quality of life between the two groups were not statistically significant (P>0.05). After nursing intervention, the scores of quality of life in the two groups increased, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). After nursing intervention, the scores of quality of life in the observation group were better than those of in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention can improve the quality of life for patients with coronary
heart disease. It can improve the awareness rate of disease knowledge and reduce the seizure of disease.
