胺碘酮联合美托洛尔治疗老年冠心病并发心律失常效果观察

摘要：

目的 分析胺碘酮联合美托洛尔治疗老年冠心病并发心律失常的临床疗效。方法 选取我院收治的老年冠心病并发心律失常患者162例，采取数字随机法分成观察组和对照组，各81 例。对照组采取胺碘酮治疗，观察组在此基础上采取美托洛尔治疗，比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果 观察组治疗总有效率为86.42%，明显高于对照组的74.07%，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。治疗前，两组患者QTd、心率水平比较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）；治疗后，两组患者的QTd、心率水平均低于治疗前，且观察组均低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。观察组用药不良反应发生率为2.47%，对照组为4.94%，两组比 较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论 胺碘酮联合美托洛尔治疗老年冠心病并发心律失常的临床疗效显著，且用药安全，具有较高的可行性。

Effect observation of amiodarone combined with metoprolol on elderly patients with coronary heart

disease complicated with arrhythmia

ABSTRACT: Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of amiodarone combined with metoprolol on elderly patients with coronary heart disease complicated with arrhythmia. Methods One hundred and sixty-two elderly patients with coronary heart disease complicated with arrhythmia in our hospital were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to random number method, with 81 cases in each group. The control group was treated with amiodarone, while the observation group added metoprolol on the basis of the control group. Then the clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate was 86.42% in the observation group, which was significantly higher than 74.07% in the control group (P<0.05). Before treatment, there were no significant differences in QTd and heart rate between the two groups (P>0.05). After treatment, the QTd and heart rate of the two groups were lower than those before treatment, and the observation group was lower than the control group (P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions was 2.47% in the observation group and 4.94% in the control group, the difference in the two group was not statistically significant (P>0.05). Conclusion Amiodarone combined with metoprolol in the treatment of elderly patients with coronary heart disease complicated with arrhythmia has significant clinical efficacy and drug safety with high feasibility.
