雷贝拉唑、兰索拉唑及奥美拉唑联合治疗Hp感染消化性胃溃疡临床疗效

摘要：

目的 探讨雷贝拉唑、兰索拉唑及奥美拉唑联合治疗Hp感染消化性胃溃疡的临床疗效。方法 回顾性分析我院收治的 56例Hp感染消化性胃溃疡患者的临床资料，随机分为对照组和研究组，各28 例。对照组给予雷贝拉唑、兰索拉唑联合阿莫西林治疗，研究组给予雷贝拉唑、兰索拉唑联合奥美拉唑治疗，比较两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果 研究组治疗总有效率为 100.00%，高于对照组的75.00%（P<0.05）。研究组的Hp清除率高于对照组（P<0.05），溃疡面积及临床症状积分低于对照组（P<0.05）。治疗后，两组患者的IL-6、IL-8 水平均明显改善，且研究组IL-6、IL-8水平显著优于对照组（P<0.05）。两组不良反应发生率比较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论 雷贝拉唑、兰索拉唑及奥美拉唑联合应用能有效提高Hp清除率，降低炎性因子水平，安全可靠。

Clinical efficacy of rabeprazole, lansoprazole puls omeprazole in the treatment of peptic gastric ulcer with Hp infection

ABSTRACT: Objective To explore the clinical effect of rabeprazole, lansoprazole puls omeprazole in the treatment of peptic gastric ulcer with Hp infection. Methods The clinical data of 56 cases of peptic gastric ulcer with Hp infection in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into control group (n=28) and research group (n=28). The control group was taken rabeprazole, lansoprazole plus amoxicillin, and the research group was taken rabeprazole, lansoprazole puls omeprazole. The clinical effects were compared in the two groups. Results The total effective rate in the research group was 100.00%, which was significantly higher than 75.00% in the control group (P<0.05). The Hp clearance rate of the research group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05); the ulcer area and clinical symptom score were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of IL-6 and IL-8 in the two groups were significantly improved, and those of the research group were significantly better than the control group (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion Rabeprazole, lansoprazole puls omeprazole in the treatment of peptic gastric ulcer patients with HP infection can improve the clearance rate of HP and reduce the levels of inflammatory factors with safety.
