盐酸氮卓斯汀鼻喷剂联合地氯雷他定治疗过敏性鼻炎的疗效观察

摘要：

目的 探讨过敏性鼻炎采取盐酸氮卓斯汀鼻喷剂联合地氯雷他定的治疗效果。方法 选择2014年6月至2016年6月本院收治的过敏性鼻炎80例患者，将患者随机分为联合组和喷剂组，各40例。联合组患者采取盐酸氮卓斯汀鼻喷剂联合地氯雷他定治疗，喷剂组患者采取盐酸氮卓斯汀鼻喷剂治疗，比较两组患者的治疗效果及安全性。结果 联合组患者治疗总有效 率为97.50%，明显高于喷剂组的80.00%，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。联合组患者治疗后鼻涕、鼻痒、鼻塞、喷嚏症状评分均低于喷剂组，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。联合组患者用药后不良反应总发生率略高于喷剂组，差异不具有统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论 过敏性鼻炎采取盐酸氮卓斯汀鼻喷剂联合地氯雷他定治疗的效果显著，可有效改善患者的临床症状，且具有较高安全性，可进行临床推广。

Therapeutic effect of azelastine hydrochloride nasal spray combined with desloratadine in the treatment of allergic rhinitis

ABSTRACT: Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of azelastine hydrochloride nasal spray combined with desloratadine in the treatment of allergic rhinitis. Methods Eighty cases of patients with allergic rhinitis from June 2014 to June 2016 in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into combined group and spray group, with 40 cases in each group. The combined group was treated with azelastine hydrochloride nasal spray combined with desloratadine, and the spray group was treated with azelastine hydrochloride nasal spray. The efficacy and safety of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate was 97.50% in the combined group, which was significantly higher than 80.00% in the spray group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The scores of nasal, nasal itching, nasal obstruction and sneezing in the combined group were lower than those in the spray group (P<0.05). The overall incidence of adverse reactions in the combined group was significantly higher than that in the spray group, but the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05). Conclusion Azelastine hydrochloride nasal spray combined with loratadine has significant treatment effect for allergic rhinitis. It can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of the patients and has high safety, which can be promoted in clinic.
