大剂量甲基强的松龙联合丙种球蛋白冲击治疗急性脊髓炎的临床疗效

摘要：

目的 探讨大剂量甲基强的松龙联合丙种球蛋白冲击治疗急性脊髓炎的临床疗效。方法 选择2014年3月至2015年6月我院收治的76例急性脊髓炎患者作为研究对象，根据患者用药方式将其分为对照组与研究组，各38例。对照组患者给予常规剂量甲基强的松龙治疗，研究组患者采用大剂量甲基强的松龙与丙种球蛋白冲击治疗，比较两组患者的临床效果。结果 研究组患者治疗总有效率明显高于对照组患者（P<0.05）；研究组患者感觉恢复时间、排尿恢复时间、肌力改善2级时间及下床行走时间均显著短于对照组患者（P<0.05）。结论 大剂量甲基强的松龙联合丙种球蛋白冲击治疗急性脊髓炎的疗效确切，能有效促进患者脊髓功能恢复，对改善预后具有积极作用，可在临床广泛推广应用。

Clinical efficacy of high dose methylprednisolone combined with gamma globulin pulse treatment on acute myelitis

ABSTRACT: Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of high dose methylprednisolone combined with gamma globulin pulse treatment on acute myelitis. Methods A total of 76 patients with acute myelitis who treated in our hospital from March 2014 to June 2015 were enrolled in this study. The patients were divided into control group and study group according to the patients`` medication, with 38 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conventional dose methylprednisolone, and the observation group was treated with high dose methylprednisolone combined with gamma globulin pulse treatment. The clinical effects were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). The recovery time of feeling, the recovery time of urination, the time of improvement of muscle strength of 2 grades and the time of getting out of bed in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The effect of high dose methylprednisolone combined with gamma globulin pulse treatment on acute myelitis was significant, which can effectively promote the recovery of spinal cord function, improve the prognosis and can be widely used in clinic.
