富马酸比索洛尔对慢性肺源性心脏病心律失常患者脑钠肽、 C反应蛋白水平的影响

摘要:

目的 探讨富马酸比索洛尔对慢性肺源性心脏病心律失常患者脑钠肽(BNP)和C 反应蛋白水平(CRP)的影响。方法 选择慢性肺源性心脏病心律失常患者140例,根据治疗方式分为对照组和观察组,各70例。对照组患者采用盐酸地尔硫卓治疗,观察组患者采用富马酸比索洛尔治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效,治疗前后的BNP、CRP水平,以及不良反应发生情况。结果 观察组临床治疗总有效率为97.14%,高于对照组的84.29%(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者的BNP、CRP水平显著降低,且观察组明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者不良反应总发生率为4.29%,低于对照组的14.29%(P<0.05)。结论 应用富马酸比索洛尔治疗慢性肺源性心脏病心律失常的疗效显著,可有效降低BNP 和CRP水平,改善心肺功能。

    Effect of bisoprolol fumarate on brain natriuretic peptide and C-reactive protein in patients with chronic pulmonary heart disease arrhythmia

    ABSTRACT: Objective To investigate the effect of bisoprolol fumarate on brain natriuretic peptide and C-reactive protein in patients with chronic pulmonary heart disease arrhythmia. Methods A total of 140 cases of patients with chronic pulmonary heart disease arrhythmia were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to the treatment method, with 70 cases in each group. The control group was treated with diltiazem hydrochloride, and the observation group was given bisoprolol fumarate. The clinical effects, the levels of BNP and CRP before and after treatment, and the incidence of adverse reactions of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.14%, which was higher than 84.29% of the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of BNP and CRP of two groups decreased, and those of the observation group were better than the control group (P<0.05). The incidence rate of adverse reaction of the observation group was 4.29%, which was lower than 14.29% of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Bisoprolol fumarate in the treatment of chronic pulmonary heart disease arrhythmia has significant clinical effects, which can significantly reduce the levels of BNP and CRP, and improve the cardio-pulmonary function.
