活血祛疹汤联合氯雷他定片在慢性荨麻疹中的疗效及对患者血清IgE 水平的影响

摘要：

目的 探讨活血祛疹汤联合氯雷他定片在慢性荨麻疹中的疗效及对患者血清IgE 水平的影响。方法 选取于我院就诊接受治疗的108例慢性荨麻疹患者为研究对象，按照治疗方法的不同将其分为观察组和对照组，各54 例。对照组患者给予氯雷他定片治疗，观察组患者在此基础上给予活血祛疹汤进行治疗，比较两组患者的临床疗效、血清IgE 水平、不良反应及复发情况。结果 观察组患者治疗总有效率为98.15%，明显高于对照组的83.33%（P<0.05）。治疗1、2个疗程后，两组患者的血清 IgE水平明显低于治疗前，且观察组患者的血清IgE 水平明显低于对照组（P<0.05）。观察组治疗后不良反应发生率为9.26%，复发率为16.67%，明显低于对照组的24.07%、59.26%（P<0.05）。结论 活血祛疹汤联合氯雷他定片用于慢性荨麻疹临床效果显著，可有效控制患者的临床症状，并降低患者血清IgE 水平，且复发率低，可作为慢性荨麻疹治疗的首选方案。

Clinical efficacy of Huoxue Quzhen decoction combined with loratadine tablet in patients with chronic urticaria and its effect on serum IgE

ABSTRACT: Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Huoxue Quzhen decoction combined with loratadine tablet in patients with chronic urticaria and its effect on serum IgE. Methods A total of 108 cases of patients with chronic urticaria admitted in our hospital were selected and divided into observation group and control group, with 54 cases in each group. Patients in control group were given loratadine tablet, while patients in observation group were treated with Huoxue Quzhen decoction combined with loratadine tablet. The clinical effects, levels of serum IgE, adverse reactions and recurrence of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 98.15%, which was higher than 83.33% of the control group (P<0.05). After treatment for 1 and 2 weeks, the levels of serum IgE of the two groups were lower than those before treatment, and those of the observation group were lower than the control group (P<0.05). The incidence rate of adverse reactions of the observation group was 9.26%, and the recurrence rate was 16.67%, which were lower than 24.07% and 59.26% of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Huoxue Quzhen decoction combined with loratadine tablet in the treatment of chronic urticaria has significant clinical effect. It can effectively control the clinical symptoms of the patients and reduce the level of serum IgE, and the recurrence rate is low, which can be the preferred method for chronic urticaria.
