曲美他嗪联合左卡尼汀治疗缺血性心脏病31例疗效分析

摘要：

目的 分析曲美他嗪联合左卡尼汀治疗缺血性心脏病的临床效果。方法 选取我院收治的62 例缺血性心脏病患者为研 究对象，随机分为对照组和观察组，各31例。对照组患者采用常规治疗，观察组患者在对照组的基础上加用曲美他嗪联合左卡尼汀治疗。比较两组患者的治疗效果及治疗前、后的心功能。结果 治疗2 周后，观察组总有效率为93.55%，显著高于对照组的70.97%（P<0.05）。治疗后，两组患者的LVEDD、LVEF水平均显著优于治疗前，且观察组明显优于对照组（P<0.05）。治疗后，两组患者的BNP、H-FABP水平显著低于治疗前，且观察组明显低于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 在常规治疗的基础上加用曲美他嗪联合左卡尼汀治疗缺血性心脏病，临床效果显著，可有效改善心脏功能，抑制心室重构，减少缺血引起的心肌损伤，值得临床推广应用。

Effect analysis of trimetazidine combined with L-carnitine in 31 patients with ischemic heart disease

ABSTRACT: Objective To analyze the clinical effect of trimetazidine combined with L-carnitine in patients with ischemic heart disease. Methods Sixty-two patients with ischemic heart disease admitted in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 31 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conventional treatment, the observation group was given trimetazidine combined with L-carnitine on the basis of the control group. The clinical effects, heart function before and after treatment of the two groups were compared. Results After treatment for 2 weeks, the total effective rate of the observation group was 93.55%, which was significantly higher than 70.97% of the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of LVEDD and LVEF in the two groups were better than those before treatment, and those in the observation group were better than the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the
levels of BNP and H-FABP in the two groups were lower than those before treatment, and those in the observation group were lower than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Using trimetazidine combined with L -carnitine based on the conventional treatment in the treatment of ischemic heart disease has significant clinical effects. It can effectively improve heart function, inhibit ventricular remodeling and reduce myocardial injury caused by ischemia, which is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
