新生儿黄疸应用光疗法治疗的效果观察

摘要:

目的 分析新生儿黄疸应用光疗法治疗的效果。方法 抽取在我院就诊的黄疸新生儿100例,50例黄疸新生儿采用长时 间16 h连续蓝光照射(设为对照组),50例黄疸新生儿采用短时多次蓝光照射(设为观察组)。对比两组新生儿的治疗效果。 结果 观察组患儿治愈率(80.00%)高于对照组(50.00%)(P<0.05);两组患儿治疗2、4 d 后TBIL、DBIL 较治疗前明显降低(P<0.05);观察组患儿治疗4 d 后的TBIL、DBIL低于对照组(P<0.05);黄疸消退时间短于对照组(P<0.05);不良反应发生率(8.00%)低于对照组(28.00%)(P<0.05)。结论 对新生儿黄疸采取短时多次蓝光照射,可取得让人满意的效果。

    Therapeutic effect observation of phototherapy on neonatal jaundice

    ABSTRACT: Objective To analyze the effect of phototherapy on neonatal jaundice. Methods One hundred cases of neonatal jaundice in our hospital were selected as study objects. 云ifty cases of neonates with jaundice treated with continuous blue light irradiation for 16 hours were set as the observation group, and 50 cases of neonates with jaundice treated with short time multiple blue light irradiation were set as the control group. The treatment effects of the two groups were compared. Results The cure rate of the observation group was 80.00%, which was higher than 50.00% of the control group (P<0.05). At 2 and 4 days after treatment, the levels of TBIL and DBIL in the two groups decreased significantly (P<0.05); 4 days after treatment those in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). The time of jaundice dissipation was shorter than that of the control group (P<0.05), and the incidence rate of adverse reactions of the observation group was 8.00% , which was lower than 28.00% of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion For neonatal jaundice, short-term multiple blue light irradiation can achieve satisfactory results.
