优质护理对锁骨骨折患者康复效果的影响

摘要：

目的 分析优质护理对锁骨骨折患者康复效果的影响。方法 选择2014年6月至2015年5月我院收治的40例锁骨骨 折手术患者为研究组，选择2013年6月至2014年5月我院收治的40 例锁骨骨折手术患者为对照组。研究组患者实施优质护理，对照组患者实施常规护理，术后随访6个月，比较两组患者的Constant 肩关节评分及SF-36生活质量评分。结果 术后 3 个月、6个月，两组患者的Constant 肩关节评分均明显高于术前，且研究组Constant 肩关节评分明显高于对照组（P<0.05）。术后6个月，两组患者的SF-36 生活质量评分明显高于术后3个月，且研究组患者SF-36 生活质量评分明显高于对照组 （P<0.05）。结论 优质护理对锁骨骨折患者康复具有明显促进作用，能显著改善患者肩关节功能和术后生活质量。

Influence of high quality nursing on rehabilitation efficacy in patients with clavicular fracture

ABSTRACT: Objective To analyze the influence of high quality nursing on rehabilitation efficacy in patients with clavicular fracture. Methods Forty clavicular fracture patients admitted in our hospital from January 2014 to May 2015 were selected as the research group, another forty clavicular fracture patients admitted in our hospital from January 2013 to May 2014 were selected as the control group. The research group was given high quality nursing, and the control group was treated with routine nursing. All the patients were followed up for 6 months, the clinical effects, Constant scores and SF-36 scores of the two groups were compared. Results After operation for 3 and 6 months, the Constant scores of the two groups were higher than those before operation, and those of the research group were better than the control group (P<0.05). After operation for 6 months, the SF-36 scores of the two groups were higher than those after operation for 3 months, and those of the research group were better than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion High quality nursing has obvious promoting effect on rehabilitation efficacy in patients with clavicular fracture, which can improve the patients`` shoulder joint function and quality of life significantly.
