健康教育干预在老年性阴道炎护理中的应用效果

摘要：
目的 探讨健康教育干预在老年性阴道炎护理中的应用效果。方法 选取在我院接受治疗的老年性阴道炎患者80例作为研究对象，随机分为观察组和对照组，各40例。对照组患者采用常规护理，观察组患者给予健康教育干预。比较两组患者的临床效果及治疗依从性。结果 观察组患者治疗总有效率为97.50%，明显高于对照组的75.00%，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。观察组患者的治疗依从性为95.00%，明显高于对照组的80.00%，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 健康教育干预应用于老年细菌性阴道炎护理中临床效果显著，提高了老年人的治疗依从性，减少了阴道炎复发，提高了老年人的生活质量，值得临床推广应用。

Application effect of health education intervention in the nursing of senile vaginitis

ABSTRACT: Objective To explore the effect of health education intervention in the nursing of senile vaginitis. Methods Eighty elderly senile vaginitis patients who treated in our hospital were collected as the research objects, all the patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 40 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, and the observation group was given health education intervention. The treatment effects and treatment compliance rate were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.50%, which was higher than 75.00% of the control group (P<0.05). The treatment compliance rate of the observation group was 95.00%, which was higher than 80.00% of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Health education intervention applied in elderly senile vaginitis has significant clinical effect. It can reduce the recurrence of vaginitis and improve the life quality, which is worthy of application and popularization in clinic.
