康复护理在胸腰椎单纯性压缩性骨折护理中的临床效果

摘要：

目的 探讨康复护理在胸腰椎单纯性压缩性骨折护理中的临床效果。方法 选取我院收治的118 例单纯性胸腰椎压缩 骨折患者为研究对象，随机分为对照组和观察组，各59 例。对照组患者行常规护理，观察组患者在对照组基础上行康复护理。比较两组患者治疗前后的SAS、SDS 及VAS评分、腰背肌功能优良率和生存质量评分。结果 护理后，两组患者SAS、SDS 及VAS评分均优于护理前，且观察组患者明显优于对照组（P<0.05）。观察组的腰肌功能优良率94.91%，明显高于对照组 的77.97%（P<0.05）。观察组患者生存质量评分明显优于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 对压缩性胸腰椎骨折患者行康复护理可快速改善患者的心理及疼痛，并提高腰椎功能和生存质量。

Clinical effect of rehabilitation nursing in the nursing of thoracolumbar spine simple compressible fracture

ABSTRACT: Objective To investigate the clinical effect of rehabilitation nursing in the nursing of thoracolumbar spine simple compressible fracture. Methods A total of 118 thoracolumbar spine simple compressible fracture patients admitted in our hospital were selected and divided into control group and observation group, with 59 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing, and the observation group accepted rehabilitation nursing on the basis of the control group. The SAS, SDS and VAS scores, lumbar dorsal muscle function excellent rate and the quality of life scores of the two groups were compared. Results After nursing, the SAS, SDS and VAS scores of the two groups were better than those before nursing, and those of the observation group were better than the control group (P<0.05). The excellent rate of lumbar dorsal muscle function of the observation group was 94.41%, which was higher than 77.97% of the control group (P<0.05). The quality of life scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Rehabilitation nursing in the nursing of thoracolumbar spine simple compressible fracture can improve the psychological and pain of the patients, and improve the lumbar dorsal muscle function and quality of life.
