优化输液流程在门诊输液室中的应用效果

摘要：

目的 探讨优化输液流程在门诊输液室中的应用效果。方法 随机选取2014年1月至2016年1月我院收治的100例静脉输液患者为研究对象，随机分为对照组和观察组，各50 例。对照组患者采用常规常规输液流程，观察组患者采用优化输液流程。比较两组患者的输液等待时间、患者满意度及不良事件发生情况。结果 观察组患者的平均等待时间明显短于对照组患者，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。观察组患者满意度为92.05%，明显高于对照组的74.00%，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。两组患者不良事件发生率比较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论 优化输液流程有利于提高门诊输液室工作效率及患者满意度，值得临床推广。

Application effect of optimized transfusion process in outpatient transfusion room

ABSTRACT: Objective To investigate the application effect of optimized transfusion process in outpatient transfusion room. Methods One hundred transfusion patients admitted in our hospital from January 2014 to January 2016 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 50 cases in each group. The control group received routine transfusion process, and the observation group accepted optimized transfusion process. The infusion waiting time, patients`` satisfaction rate and incidence of adverse events of the two groups were compared. Results The infusion waiting time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The patients`` satisfaction rate of the observation group was 92.05%, which was higher than 74.00% of the control group (P <0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse events between the two groups (P >0.05). Conclusion Optimized transfusion process is beneficial to improve the efficiency of transfusion room and improve the patients`` satisfaction in outpatient, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
