微创钢板螺栓加压内固定系统治疗跟骨骨折的效果观察

摘要:

目的 分析跟骨骨折患者行微创钢板螺栓加压内固定系统治疗的临床效果。方法 选择2013年8月至2016年8月在我院治疗的100例跟骨骨折患者,依照患者治疗方案将其分为观察组和对照组,各50例。其中对照组患者实施自行锁定钢板外固定治疗,观察组患者实施微创钢板螺栓加压内固定治疗。比较两组患者的临床指标和治疗效果。结果 观察组患者的 手术时间、术中出血量、B hler角、跟骨宽度及术中神经损伤情况均显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的术后治疗优良率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 微创钢板螺栓加压内固定系统治疗跟骨骨折的临 床效果显著优于自行锁定钢板外固定治疗,值得推广应用。

    Effect observation of minimally invasive plate and screw fixation system in the treatment of calcaneal fracture

    ABSTRACT: Objective To analyze the clinical effect of minimally invasive plate and screw fixation system in the treatment of calcaneal fracture. Methods One hundred cases of patients with calcaneal fracture in our hospital from August 2013 to August 2016 were selected and divided into control group and observation group, with 50 cases in each group. The control group implemented self locking compression plate fixation, and the observation group implemented minimally invasive plate and screw fixation. The clinical indicators and clinical treatment effects of the two groups were compared. Results The operative time, intraoperative blood loss, B hler angle, calcaneal width and intraoperative nerve injury in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The excellent and good rate of postoperative treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The clinical effect of minimally invasive plate and screw fixation system in the treatment of calcaneal fracture is significantly better than that of self locking plate fixation, and it is worth popularizing.
