氨茶碱联合盐酸氨溴索治疗小儿支气管哮喘临床效果

摘要：

目的 探讨氨茶碱联合盐酸氨溴索治疗小儿支气管哮喘临床效果。方法 选择在我院接受治疗的105例小儿支气管哮喘患儿为研究对象，将其分为观察组（n=53）和对照组（n=52）。对照组患儿给予氨茶碱治疗，观察组患儿在对照组基础上给予盐酸氨溴索治疗。比较两组患儿的临床治疗效果。结果 观察组患儿的治疗总有效率为94.34%，明显高于对照组的75.00%（P<0.05）。治疗后，两组患儿肺功能各指标水平明显优于治疗前，且观察组明显优于对照组（P<0.05）。观察组患儿的各种临床症状消失时间明显短于对照组患儿（P<0.05）。结论 对小儿支气管哮喘患儿采用氨茶碱联合盐酸氨溴索治疗能够有效改善患儿的各项临床症状和肺功能，提升治疗总有效率，临床效果显著，值得推广运用。

Clinical effect of aminophylline combined with ambroxol hydrochloride in children with bronchial asthma

ABSTRACT: Objective To investigate the clinical effect of aminophylline combined with ambroxol hydrochloride in children with bronchial asthma. Methods A total of 105 children with bronchial asthma admitted in our hospital were selected as the study objects and divided into observation group (n=53) and control group (n=52). The control group was treated with aminophylline, and the observation group was given aminophylline combined with ambroxol hydrochloride on the basis of the control group. The clinical effects of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 94.34%, which was higher than 75.00% of the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of pulmonary function indexes of the two groups were better than those before treatment, and those of the observation group were better than the control group (P<0.05). The clinical symptoms disappeared time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Aminophylline combined with ambroxol hydrochloride for children with bronchial asthma can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and pulmonary function of the children, and improve the total effective rate, the clinical effect is remarkable, which is worthy of application and popularization.
