中医辨证治疗脾胃气虚型功能性消化不良远园例疗效观察

摘要：

目的 观察中医辨证治疗脾胃气虚型功能性消化不良的临床效果。方法 将我院收治的120例脾胃气虚型功能性消化不良患者随机分为对照组和观察组，各60例。对照组患者采用西药对症治疗，观察组患者采用中医辨证治疗。比较两组患者的治疗效果，治疗前、后临床症状改善情况及不良反应发生情况。结果 观察组患者的治疗总有效率达98.33%，明显高于对照组的66.67%（P<0.05）。治疗后，两组患者的消化系统各症状评分明显低于治疗前，且观察组明显低于对照组（P<0.05）。观察组患者的不良反应总发生率为3.33%，显著低于对照组的23.33%（P<0.05）。结论 采用中医辨证治疗脾胃气虚型功能性消化不良临床效果显著，不良反应少，值得临床推广应用。

Clinical effect of syndrome differentiation of TCM therapy in 60 patients with spleen qi deficiency

type functional dyspepsia

ABSTRACT: Objective To observe the clinical effect of syndrome differentiation of TCM therapy in 120 patients with spleen qi deficiency type functional dyspepsia. Methods A total of 120 spleen qi deficiency type functional dyspepsia patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 60 cases in each group. The control group was treated with western medicine symptomatic treatment, and the observation group was given syndrome differentiation of TCM therapy. The clinical effects, improvements of clinical symptoms and incidences of adverse reactions of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 98.33%, which was higher than 66.67% of the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the improvements of clinical symptoms of the two groups were lower than those before treatment, and those of the observation group were lower than the control group (P<0.05). The total incidence rate of adverse reactions of the observation group was 3.33%, which was lower than 23.33% of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The clinical effect of syndrome differentiation of TCM therapy in patients with spleen qi deficiency type functional dyspepsia is significant, and it has little adverse reactions, which is worthy of clinical application and popularization.
