炙甘草汤联合丹参滴丸治疗冠心病室性早搏临床效果

摘要：

目的 探讨炙甘草汤联合丹参滴丸治疗冠心病室性早搏的临床效果。方法 选取2014年3月至2016年3月我院收治的冠心病室性早搏患者80例为研究对象，根据治疗方式的不同将80 例患者分为试验组和对照组。对照组患者采用丹参滴丸治疗，试验组患者采用炙甘草汤联合丹参滴丸治疗。比较两组患者的临床效果。结果 试验组治疗总有效率为95.00%，明显高于对照组的65.00%（P<0.05）。治疗后，两组患者每周心悸次数明显少于治疗前，且试验组患者明显少于对照组（P<0.05）。试验组中医综合征候总有效率为97.50%，明显高于对照组的87.50%（P<0.05）。结论 在对冠心病室性早搏患者进行治疗时，炙甘草汤联合丹参滴丸治疗具有显著的临床效果，且安全可靠，具有临床应用价值。

Clinical effect of Zhigancao decoction combined with Danshen dropping pills in the treatment of ventricular premature coronary heart disease

ABSTRACT: Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Zhigancao decoction combined with Danshen dropping pills in the treatment of ventricular premature coronary heart disease. Methods Eighty ventricular premature coronary heart disease patients admitted in our hospital from March 2014 to March 2016 were selected and divided into experimental group and control group according to different treatment methods. The control group received Danshen dropping pills, and the experimental group accepted Zhigancao decoction combined with Danshen dropping pills. The clinical effects of the two groups were compared. Results The total treatment effective rate of the experimental group was 95.00%, which was higher than 65.00% of the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the heart palpitations per week in the two groups were less than those before treatment, and the heart palpitations per week in the experimental group was less than that in the control group (P<0.05). The TCM syndrome total effective rate of the experimental group was 97.50% , which was higher than 87.50% of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The clinical effect of Zhigancao decoction combined with Danshen dropping pills in the treatment of ventricular premature coronary heart disease is significant. It is safe and reliable, which has application value in clinic.
