腰椎间盘突出症患者采取温针灸治疗的临床效果

摘要：

目的 探讨腰椎间盘突出症患者采取温针灸治疗的临床效果。方法 选取2014年11月至2016年11月于我院进行治疗 的424例腰椎间盘突出症患者为研究对象，根据不同治疗方法分为观察组与对照组，每组212例。对照组患者采用牵引法进 行治疗，观察组患者采用温针灸进行治疗。比较两组患者治疗前、后的腰椎活动能力及临床效果。结果 治疗前，两组患者的腰椎活动能力比较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）；治疗后，两组患者腰椎活动能力明显优于治疗前，且观察组患者的腰椎活动能力明显优于对照组，差异均存在统计学意义（P<0.05）。观察组患者的总有效率为94.81%（201/212），明显高于对照组的 83.02%（176/212），差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 腰椎间盘突出症患者采取温针灸治疗临床效果显著，能显著改善患者的临床症状，提高治愈率，值得临床广泛推广应用。

Clinical effect of warming acupuncture treatment in patients with lumbar disc herniation

ABSTRACT: Objective To investigate the clinical effect of warming acupuncture treatment in patients with lumbar disc herniation. Methods A total of 424 cases of patients with lumbar disc herniation admitted in our hospital from November 2014 to November 2016 were selected as the study objects. All the patients were divided into observation group and control group, with 212 cases in each group. The control group was given traction treatment, and the observation group was treated with warming acupuncture treatment. The lumbar activity before and after treatment and clinical effects of the two groups were compared. Results Before treatment, there was no significant difference in lumbar activity between the two groups (P>0.05). After treatment, the lumbar activity of the two groups were better than those before treatment, and those of the observation group were better than the control group (P<0.05). The total effective rate of the observation group was 94.81% (201/212), which was higher than 83.02% of the control group (176/212) (P<0.05). Conclusion The clinical effect of warming acupuncture treatment in patients with lumbar disc herniation is significant . It can significantly improve the patients`` clinical symptoms, improve the cure rate, which is worthy of wide application and popularization in clinic.
