中医保守治疗单纯胸腰椎压缩性骨折的临床效果

摘要：

目的 探讨中医保守治疗单纯性胸腰椎压缩性骨折的临床效果。方法 选取2014年7月至2016年7月我院收治的200例单纯胸腰椎压缩性骨折患者为研究对象，将其随机分为对照组和观察组，各100例。对照组患者采用西医手术治疗，观察组患者采用中医保守治疗，比较两组患者的临床效果、VAS评分和Oswestry评分。结果 观察组患者的总有效率为94.00%，明显高于对照组的73.00%（P<0.05）。治疗后，两组患者的VAS评分均低于治疗前，且观察组患者VAS评分低于对照组（P<0.05）。治疗后，两组患者的Oswestry评分均低于治疗前，且观察组患者Oswestry评分低于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 中医保守治疗单纯性胸腰椎压缩性骨折临床效果显著，值得临床推广应用。

Clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine conservative therapy on simple thoracolumbar

vertebrae compression fracture

ABSTRACT：Objective To investigate the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine conservative therapy on simple thoracolumbar vertebrae compression fracture. Methods A total of 200 patients with simple thoracolumbar vertebrae compression fracture admitted in our hospital from July 2014 to July 2016 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 100 cases in each group. The control group was treated with western surgical treatment, and the observation group was given traditional Chinese medicine conservative therapy. The clinical effects, VAS scores and Oswestry scores of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 94.00%, which was higher than 73.00% of the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the VAS scores of the two groups were lower than those before treatment, and the VAS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the Oswestry scores of the two groups were lower than those before treatment, and the Oswestry score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine conservative therapy in the treatment of simple thoracolumbar vertebrae compression fracture is significant, which is worthy of clinical application and popularization.
