产后缺乳经不同方式治疗的临床效果

摘要：

目的 分析产后缺乳经不同方式治疗的临床效果。方法 选取我院收治的74例产后缺乳患者作为研究对象，根据不同治疗方式将其分为研究组与对照组，各37例。对照组患者行产后母乳喂养联合药膳治疗，研究组患者在对照组的基础上行催乳汤辩证加减治疗。比较两组患者的治疗总有效率与泌乳量。结果 研究组患者的治疗总有效率为97.30%，对照组患者的治疗总有效率为72.97%，研究组患者的治疗总有效率明显高于对照组（P<0.05）。治疗后，两组患者的泌乳量明显多于治疗前，且研究组患者的泌乳量明显多于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 药膳与催乳汤联合治疗产后缺乳的临床效果显著，有利于促进乳汁的正常分泌，确保哺乳的顺利开展，值得临床推广运用。

Clinical effects of different treatments on postpartum hypogalactia

ABSTRACT: Objective To analyze the clinical effects of different treatments on postpartum hypogalactia. Methods Seventy-four postpartum hypogalactia patients admitted in our hospital were selected as the study objects, all the patients were divided into study group and control group according to different treatments, with 37 cases in each group. The control group was treated with breast feeding combined with medicined diet treatment, and the study group was given inducing-lactation decoction dialectical addition and subtraction on the basis of the control group. The total effective rate and lactation yield of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the study group was 97.30%, and that of the control group was 72.97%, the total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the lactation yield of the two groups were more than those before treatment, and the lactation yield of the study group was more than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Medicined diet treatment in combination with inducing-lactation decoction in the treatment of postpartum hypogalactia has significant clinical effect. It is conducive to promote the normal secretion of milk, and ensure the breast feeding, which is worthy of clinical application and popularization.
