流程重组在静脉药物配置中心的应用效果

摘要:

目的 探讨流程重组在静脉药物配置中心(PIVAS)的应用效果。方法 2014年11月至2015年10月为我院PIVAS流程重组前时期,2015年11月至2016年10月为PIVAS流程重组后时期,对比重组前、后静脉药物配置中心的工作效率和差错率。结果 2014年11月至2015年10月PIVAS流程重组前,共配置药品处方140 427张,月均处方总量(11 689.2±1 232.1)张;从2015年11月至2016年10月的PIVAS流程重组阶段,共配置药品处方224 568 张,月均处方总量(18 716.1±1 418.6)张; 流程重组前、后的月均处方总量存在明显差异(P<0.05)。PIVAS流程重组前的处方差错数和破损数分别为3 674例和3 961例,流程重组后分别为248例和281例,PIVAS流程重组前、后的处方差错数和破损数有明显差异(P<0.05)。结论 流程重组 应用到医疗服务中,可改善医疗服务流程,提高人员工作效率,增强人员专业素质,保障患者医疗安全。

    Application effect of process reengineering in pharmacy intravenous admixture service

    ABSTRACT: Objective To explore the application effect of the process reengineering in the pharmacy intravenous admixture service (PIVAS). Methods From November 2014 to October 2015 was as the PIVAS process reorganization before period, while from November 2015 to October 2016 was as PIVAS process reorganization after period, the efficiency and error rate of the PIVAS were compared before and after reorganization. Results From November 2014 to October 2015, before the PIVAS process reorganization, there were 140 427 prescriptions, with a total monthly prescription (11 689.2±1 232.1); from November 2015 to October 2016, after the PIVAS process reorganization, there were 224 568 prescriptions, with a total monthly prescription (18 716.1±1 418.6); there was significant difference in the total monthly prescription before and after process reorganization (P<0.05). Before PIVAS process reorganization, the number of errors and breakage of prescription were 3,674 cases and 3 961 cases respectively; after PIVAS process reorganization, the number of errors and breakage of prescription were 248 cases and 281 cases respectively; there were significant differences in the number of errors and breakage of prescription before and after process reorganization (P<0.05). Conclusion The process reorganization used to the medical service can play a role in improving the medical service process, improve the staffs`` efficiency, enhance professional quality and protect patients`` medical security.
