循证手术室护理在手术室急诊患者中的应用效果观察

摘要：

目的 分析循证手术室护理在手术室急诊患者中的应用效果。方法 选取我院2015年2月至2016年5月收治的160例手术急诊患者，采用随机分配原则将160例患者分为对照组和研究组，各80例患者，其中对照组患者采取常规护理措施，研究组患者在此基础上采用循证护理模式，比较两组患者的手术时间、术后恢复时间、护理满意度及心理状况评分。结果 研究组患者的手术时间及术后恢复时间均显著短于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。研究组患者在焦虑、敌对、抑郁、恐惧等心理状况方面的评分均显著低于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。研究组护理满意度为96.25%，高于对照组的 73.75%，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 对手术室急诊患者进行循证手术室护理，可缩短其术后恢复时间，降低不良事件的发生率，提高患者满意度，值得在临床上推广使用。

Effect of evidence-based operation room nursing in the operation room of emergence patients

ABSTRACT: Objective To analyze the effect of the evidence-based operating room nursing in the operation room of emergence patients. Methods Sixty cases of patients admitted in our hospital from February 2015 to May 2016 were randomly divided into control group and study group, with 80 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were given routine nursing care, the patients in the study group used the evidence-based nursing model on the basis of the control group. The operative time, postoperative recovery time, nursing satisfaction and psychological status were compared between the two groups. Results The operative time and postoperative recovery time of the study group were significantly shorter than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The scores of anxiety, hostility, depression and fear in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group, the differences were sta tistically significant (P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction rate of the study group was 96.25%, which was higher than 73.75% of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The evidence-based operating room nursing in the operation room of emergence patients can shorten the postoperative recovery time, reduce the incidence of adverse events, improve patients`` satisfaction, it is worth to promote in clinic.
