系统护理干预对慢性胃炎及胃溃疡患者自护水平及生活质量的影响

摘要：

目的 探究系统护理干预对慢性胃炎及胃溃疡患者自护水平及生活质量的影响。方法 将2015年3月至2016年8月在我院住院的94例慢性胃炎、胃溃疡患者纳入本次研究，根据抽签法分为对照组和观察组，每组47 例。对照组予以常规护理， 观察组予以系统护理干预。观察对比两组护理后的自护水平及生活质量。结果 观察组患者的运动锻炼、生活习惯、治疗依从性、饮食控制及心理调节等自护水平评分均优于对照组，差异显著（P<0.05）。观察组患者的角色功能、总体健康、社会功能、 躯体功能、认知功能等生活质量评分均优于对照组，差异显著（P<0.05）。结论 对慢性胃炎、胃溃疡患者予以系统护理干预可以提高患者自护水平，改善生活质量，适用于临床。

Effect of system nursing intervention on self-care and quality of life in patients with chronic gastritis and gastric ulcer

ABSTRACT: Objective To investigate the effect of systematic nursing intervention on self-care level and quality of life in patients with chronic gastritis and gastric ulcer. Methods Ninety-four patients with chronic gastritis and gastric ulcer hospitalized in our hospital from March 2015 to August 2016 were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to the envelope method, with 47 cases in each group. The control group received conventional nursing, and the observation group accepted systematic nursing intervention. The self-care levels and quality of life of the two groups after nursing care were observed. Results The scores of self-care, such as exercise, lifestyle, treatment compliance, diet control and psychological adjustment scores in the observation group were better than those of the control group, the differences were significant (P<0.05). The scores of quality of life, such as role function, overall health, social function, somatic function and cognitive function in the observation group were better than those of the control group, the differences were significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Systematic nursing intervention can increase self-care level and improve QOL for patients with chronic gastritis and gastric ulcer, which is suitable for clinical practice.
