老年慢性肺心病合并心力衰竭患者加强护理的可行性

摘要：

目的 探讨老年慢性肺心病合并心力衰竭患者加强护理的可行性。方法 选取我院在2015年2月至2016年2月收治的100例老年慢性肺心病合并心力衰竭的患者，随机分为对照组和研究组，每组50例，对照组接受常规护理，研究组在常规护理基础上加用加强护理措施，对比分析两组患者的护理满意度、心肺功能改善情况。结果 研究组患者的护理满意度为 92.00%，高于对照组的70.00%（P<0.05）。护理后，两组心功能各指标均明显改善，且观察组优于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 老年慢性肺心病合并心力衰竭患者在常规临床护理基础上加用相应加强护理措施可获得更为理想的临床护理效果。

Feasibility of strengthening nursing in elderly patients with chronic cor pulmonale complicated with heart failure

ABSTRACT: Objective To explore the feasibility of strengthening nursing in elderly patients with cor pulmonale complicated with heart failure. Methods From February 2015 to February 2016, 100 cases of elderly patients with cor pulmonale complicated with heart failure in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into control group and study group, with 50 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing care, while the study group received intensive care measures on the basis of routine care. The nursing satisfaction, heart and lung function improvement in the two groups were compared. Results The nursing satisfaction rate was 92.00% in the study group, which was higher than 70.00% of the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the indexes of cardiac function in the two groups significantly improved, and those in the study group were better than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion On the basis of routine clinical nursing, the corresponding strengthening nursing measures can be used in elderly patients with cor pulmonale complicated with heart failure to obtain better clinical nursing effect.
