乳腺癌术后患肢功能锻炼依从性护理对策

摘要：

目的 分析和探讨乳腺癌术后肢体功能锻炼依从性的护理对策。方法 选取于我院行乳腺癌手术治疗的患者52例，随机均分为对照组和观察组，各26例。两组患者术后均行常规护理，观察组在此基础上加施综合护理干预，分析比较两组患者肢体功能锻炼依从性及康复训练完成情况。结果 患者术后患肢功能锻炼依从性主要从患者功能锻炼、规则用药和接受放、化疗三方面进行评定。经护理，观察组患者的术后患肢功能锻炼的各依从性明显优于对照组（P<0.05）。观察组康复训练总完成率为92.31%，对照组为69.23%，观察组患者康复训练完成情况明显优于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 综合护理可有效提高乳腺 癌患者术后患肢功能锻炼的依从性，患者术后功能训练完成情况较好，利于患者生活质量的改善，值得在临床推广。

Compliance nursing strategies of limb functional exercise after breast cancer surgery

ABSTRACT: Objective To analyze and discuss the nursing strategies of limb functional exercise after breast cancer surgery. Methods Fifty-two cases of patients with breast cancer underwent surgical treatment in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 26 cases in each group. The routine nursing were conducted after surgery in the two groups, and the observation group was treated with comprehensive nursing intervention on the basis of the routine nursing. The postoperative limb functional exercise compliance and complete situation of the two groups were compared. Results The postoperative limb functional exercise compliance mainly assess from the patient``s functional exercise, regular medication and receiving radiotherapy and chemotherapy. After nursing, the postoperative limb functional exercise compliance in the observation group was better than that of the control group (P<0.05). The overall complete rate of rehabilitation training was 92.31% in the observation group and 69.23% in the control group, the completion of rehabilitation training in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive nursing care can improve the postoperative limb functional exercise compliance after surgery in patients with breast cancer, with better postoperative functional training, and it is benefit to quality of the patients, which is worthy of application.
