人工全膝关节置换术后早期系统康复护理的应用及其效果观察

摘要：

目的 探讨人工全膝关节置换术后早期系统康复护理的应用以及效果观察。方法 选择2014年3月至2016年3月我院收治的60例人工全膝关节置换术患者，将其分为对照组和观察组，每组30例。术后给予对照组患者常规护理，给予观察组患者系统康复护理，观察两组患者护理后的疼痛情况以及膝关节功能恢复情况。结果 护理后第5天两组患者的疼痛评分相比差异无统计学意义（P>0.05），护理后第10天和第15天，观察组患者的疼痛评分明显下降，与对照组相比具有明显的优势（P<0.05）。护理后2个月以及出院时，观察组患者的膝关节功能评分明显高于对照组患者（P<0.05）。结论 给予人工全膝关节置换术后患者系统康复护理，能够显著降低患者的疼痛感觉，提高膝关节的康复速度和生活质量，临床应用效果较好。

Application and effect observation of postoperative early systemic rehabilitation nursing in patients

with total knee replacement

ABSTRACT: Objective To investigate the application and effect of postoperative early systemic rehabilitation nursing in patients with total knee replacement. Methods Sixty patients with total knee replacement in our hospital from March 2014 to March 2016 were selected, which were divided into study group and control group, with 30 cases in each group. After operation, the patients in control group were treated with routine nursing, and the patients in observation group were given the early systemic rehabilitation nursing. The pain situation and restoration of knee joint function of patients in the two groups after nursing were observed. Results There was no significant difference of pain scores at fifth days after nursing between the two groups (P>0.05), and the scores of the observation group were significantly decreased at tenth and fifteenth days after nursing care, which were significantly better than those of the control group (P<0.05). The knee function scores in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group when two months after nursing and discharged (P<0.05). Conclusion Early systemic rehabilitation nursing in patients with total knee arthroplasty can significantly reduce the pain feeling, and improve the speed of rehabilitation and life quality, which has a good clinical effect.
