人性化护理对开胸术后胸腔闭式引流患者术后疼痛及并发症的影响

摘要：

目的 探究人性化护理对开胸术后胸腔闭式引流患者术后疼痛及并发症的影响。方法 选择我院2014年9月至2016年9月收治的开胸术后胸腔闭式引流患者92例为研究对象，使用随机数表法分为对照组和观察组，各46例。对照组接受常规护理，观察组在对照组基础上接受人性化护理，对比两组患者护理后疼痛程度、并发症发生率、护理满意度。结果 观察组术后疼痛情况优于对照组（P<0.05）；观察组并发症发生2 例（4.35%），低于对照组的8例（17.39%）（P<0.05）；观察组护理满意度高于对照 组（P<0.05）。结论 人性化护理干预能够有效减轻开胸术后胸腔闭式引流患者疼痛，降低并发症发生率，提高护理满意度。

The influence of humanistic nursing care on postoperative pain and complication of the patients with thoracic close drainage after thoracotomy

ABSTRACT: Objective To explore the influence of humanistic nursing care on postoperative pain and complication of the patients with thoracic close drainage after thoracotomy. Methods From September 2014 to September 2016, 92 cases of patients with thoracic close drainage after thoracotomy in our hospital were selected as research objects, which were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table, with 46 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, and the observation group was given humanistic nursing care based on the control group. The postoperative pain degree, incidence of complications and nursing satisfaction in the two groups were compared. Results The postoperative pain degree of the observation group was better than that of the control group (P<0.05). There were 2 cases (4.35%) of complications in the observation group, which was lower than 8 cases (17.39%) in the control group (P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion  Humanistic nursing care can effective reduce the pain degree and incidence rate of complication of the patients with thoracic close drainage after thoracotomy, and improve nursing satisfaction.
