倍他司汀联合异丙嗪治疗老年眩晕症的疗效及作用机制

摘要：

目的 分析倍他司汀联合异丙嗪治疗老年眩晕症的疗效及作用机制。方法 将我院2015年3月至2016年5月收治的 96例老年眩晕症患者均分为常规组和试验组，每组48例。常规组单纯采取倍他司汀治疗，试验组在此基础上联合异丙嗪治疗，对比两组的治疗效果。结果 试验组的治疗总有效率为95.83%，明显高于常规组的79.17%（P<0.05）；用药前，两组的眩晕症状评分无明显差异（P>0.05）；用药后，两组的眩晕症状评分均降低，且试验组眩晕症状评分明显低于常规组（P<0.05）；试验组在症状改善时间、药物起效时间、住院时间上均明显短于常规组（P<0.05）。结论 对老年眩晕症患者采取倍他司汀联合异丙嗪进行治疗，疗效显著，可明显改善患者眩晕症状，缩短住院时间，值得临床应用推广。

Effect and mechanism of betahistine combined with promethazine in the treatment of senile vertigo

ABSTRACT: Objective To analyze the effect and mechanism of betahistine combined with promethazine in the treatment of senile vertigo. Methods Ninety-six cases of patients with senile vertigo in our hospital from March 2015 to May 2016 were divided into experimental group and conventional group, with 48 cases in each group. The conventional group was treated with betahistine, while the experimental group was treated with promethazine on the basis of the conventional group. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was 95.83%, which was significantly higher than 79.17% of the conventional group (P<0.05). Before the medication, there was no significant difference in vertigo symptom scores between the two groups (P>0.05). After the medication, the vertigo symptom scores decreased in the two groups, and the vertigo symptom scores of the experimental group was lower than that of the conventional group (P <0.05). The symptom improvement time, drug onset time, hospitalization time of the experimental group were significantly shorter than those of the conventional group (P <0.05). Conclusion Betahistine combined with promethazine in the treatment of patients with senile vertigo has obvious curative effect, which can not only improve the symptoms of vertigo patients, but also shorten the hospitalization time. It is worth promoting in clinic.
