宽胸气雾剂与消心痛治疗冠心病心绞痛的疗效比较

摘要：
目的 分析比较使用宽胸气雾剂和消心痛治疗冠心病心绞病的效果。方法 选取我院收治的86例冠心病心绞痛患者， 随机分为观察组（n=43）和对照组（n=43），分别使用宽胸气雾剂和消心痛治疗，比较两组的临床疗效。结果 观察组的治疗总有效率为95.35% ，明显高于对照组的69.77%（P<0.05）；观察组不良反应总发生率为9.30%，明显低于对照组的34.88%（P<0.05）。结论 宽胸气雾剂治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床疗效好于消心痛，且不良反应少，用药安全。

Comparison of curative effect of kuanxiong aerosol and isosorbide dinitrate in treatment of angina
pectoris of coronary heart disease

ABSTRACT: Objective To analyse the effects of kuanxiong aerosol and isosorbide dinitrate in treatment of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease. Methods Eighty -six cases of patients with angina pectoris of coronary heart disease in our hospital were divided into observation group (n=43) and control group (n=43), which were given kuanxiong aerosol and isosorbide dinitrate respectively. The clinical effects of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.35%, which was significantly higher than 69.77% of the control group (P<0.05). The total incidence rate of adverse reaction in the observation group was 9.30%, which was obviously lower than 34.88% in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The clinical curative effect of kuanxiong aerosol in the treatment of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease is better than isosorbide dinitrate, which has less adverse reactions, with drug safety.
