膀胱水扩张加膀胱灌注治疗间质性膀胱炎30例临床分析

摘要：

目的 研究膀胱水扩张联合膀胱灌注治疗间质性膀胱炎的临床效果。方法 选取我院收治的间质性膀胱炎患者60例， 根据治疗方法的不同将其分为对照组和观察组，分别使用膀胱水扩张和膀胱水扩张联合膀胱灌注治疗，对比分析两组患者的治疗效果。结果 观察组患者的治疗总有效率为96.67%，明显高于对照组的73.33%（P<0.05）；经过6个月的治疗后，两组患者的膀胱容量明显增大，QOL评分明显降低，且观察组的膀胱容量大于对照组，QOL评分低于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 对间质性膀胱炎患者采用膀胱水扩张联合膀胱灌注治疗，效果确切，能有效减轻临床症状，扩大膀胱容量。

Clinical analysis of 30 cases of interstitial cystitis treated by bladder hydrodistention combined with bladder instillation

ABSTRACT: Objective To study the effect of interstitial cystitis treated by bladder hydrodistention combined with bladder instillation. Methods Sixty cases of patients with interstitial cystitis in our hospital were selected. All the patients were divided into control group and observation group according to different treatment methods, with 30 cases in each group, which were given bladder hydrodistention, bladder hydrodistention combined with bladder instillation respectively. The clinical effects of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.67%, which was significantly higher than 73.33% of the control group (P<0.05). After 6 months of treatment, the bladder capacity increased, the QOL score decreased in the two groups, and the bladder capacity in the observation group was greater than the control group, the QOL score was lower than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The effect of interstitial cystitis patients treated with bladder hydrodistention combined with bladder instillation is obvious, which can effectively reduce the clinical symptoms, expand the bladder capacity.
