甲亢突眼征患者应用雷公藤多甙联合他巴唑与强的松治疗的临床效果

摘要：

目的 观察甲亢突眼征患者经他巴唑与强的松、雷公藤多甙联合治疗的临床效果。方法 选择2012年7月至2016年7月在本院进行治疗的甲亢突眼征患者80 例，随机将其分为观察组和对照组，每组40例，对照组患者给予他巴唑与强的松联合治疗，观察组患者采用他巴唑与强的松、雷公藤多甙联合治疗，比较两组患者的临床疗效和治疗前、后患者突眼度。结果 观察组治疗总有效率明显高于对照组（P<0.05），且治疗后，两组患者的突眼度均有所下降，观察组明显低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 雷公藤多甙联合他巴唑、强的松治疗甲亢突眼征疗效显著，可更好地改善甲亢患者突眼症状，是 一种安全、有效的治疗方法。

Clinical effect of tripterygium glycosides combined with tazobactam and prednisone on patients

with hyperthyroid exophthalmos

ABSTRACT: Objective To observe the clinical effect of tripterygium glycosides combined with tazobactam and prednisone on patients with hyperthyroid exophthalmos. Methods Eighty cases of patients with hyperthyroid exophthalmos sign in our hospital from July 2012 to July 2016 were selected, which were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 40 cases in each group. The patients in control group were treated with combination of tazobactam and prednisone, while the patients in observation group were treated with tripterygium glycosides combined with tazobactam and prednisone, then the clinical efficacy and the degree of exophthalmos were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05), and after treatment, the degree of exophthalmos in both groups were decreased (P<0.05), the observation group was significantly lower than the control group, the difference was significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The effect of tripterygium glycosides combined with tazobactam and prednisone on patients with hyperthyroid exophthalmos is definite, which can significantly improve hyperthyroid exophthalmos symptoms, it is a safe and effective treatment methods.
