闭合复位克氏针内固定治疗Bennett骨折68例临床效果分析

摘要:
目的 观察闭合复位克氏针内固定治疗Bennett 骨折的临床效果。方法 68 例Bennett 骨折患者根据治疗方法不同分为对照组和观察组,对照组30例,观察组38例。对照组采用非手术治疗,观察组采用闭合复位克氏针内固定治疗。比较两组治疗后拇指运动功能、骨折复位情况及并发症发生情况。结果 治疗后,观察组拇指运动功能优良率达94.74%,显著高于对照组 的73.33%(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后骨折复位优良率达94.74%,显著高于对照组的73.33%(P<0.05)。观察组并发症总发生率 为5.26%,显著低于对照组的33.33%(P<0.05)。结论 在C型臂X线机下对Bennett骨折患者进行闭合复位克氏针内固定治 疗,临床效果满意,复位可靠,可显著降低术后并发症发生率,减轻患者痛苦,值得临床推广应用。

Clinical effect analysis of internal fixation of closed reduction kirschner wire in treatment of 68 cases of Bennett fracture

ABSTRACT: Objective To observe the clinical effect of internal fixation of closed reduction kirschner wire in treatment of Bennett fracture. Methods Sixty-eight cases of patients with Bennett fracture were divided into control group and observation group according to different therapeutic methods, with 30 cases in the control group, and 38 cases in the observation group. Non-operative therapy was used in the control group, while internal fixation of closed reduction kirschner wire was used in the observation group. Thumb movement function, recovery of fracture and incidence of complications after treatment were observed between the two groups. Results After treatment, the thumb movement function of the observation group was 97.37%, which was significantly higher than 80.00% of the control group (P<0.05). The excellence rate of reset in the observation group after treatment was 94.74%, which was significantly higher than 73.33% in the control group (P<0.05).The total incidence rate of complications in the observation group was 5.26%, which was lower than 33.33% in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion In treatment of Bennett fractures, the clinical effect of internal fixation of closed reduction kirschner wire under the C arm X-ray machine is satisfied, with reliable reset, and it can significantly reduce the incidence of postoperative complications and patients`` pain, which is worthy of clinical application.
