鼻内镜联合糖皮质激素治疗鼻息肉的临床效果及复发情况

摘要：

目的 探讨鼻内镜联合糖皮质激素治疗鼻息肉的临床效果以及复发情况。方法 选择在我院治疗的84 例鼻息肉患者， 采用随机数字表法分为观察组（42例）与对照组（42例）。对照组采用鼻内镜手术治疗，观察组采用鼻内镜手术联合糖皮质激素治疗，比较两组治疗效果，血清IL-2、IL-5、IL-17 等指标水平变化及复发情况。结果 治疗后，观察组治疗总有效率为 95.24%，高于对照组的76.19%（P<0.05）；治疗后，两组IL-5、IL-17水平均明显降低，且观察组明显低于对照组（P<0.05）；随访后，观察组复发率明显低于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 采用鼻内镜联合糖皮质激素治疗鼻息肉效果确切，能有效提高临床疗效，减轻患者的炎症反应，降低患者术后复发率。

Clinical effect and recurrence of nasal endoscope combined with glucocorticoid in the treatment of nasal polyps

ABSTRACT: Objective To investigate the clinical effect and recurrence of nasal endoscope combined with glucocorticoid in the treatment of nasal polyps. Methods Eighty -four cases of patients with nasal polyps treated in our hospital were selected and divided into observation group (n=42) and control group (n=42) according to random number table. The control group was treated with nasal endoscopic surgery, while the observation group was treated with nasal endoscopic surgery combined with glucocorticoid. The curative effects, changes of serum IL -2, IL -5, IL -17 levels, recurrence of the two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the total effective rate of the observation group was 95.24%, which was higher than 76.19% of the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the IL-5, IL-17 levels of the two groups significantly decreased, and those of the observation group were lower than the control group (P<0.05). After follow-up, the recurrence rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Nasal endoscope combined with glucocorticoid in the treatment of nasal polyps has definite effect, which can effectively increase clinical efficacy, reduce inflammatory reaction and decrease the recurrence rate.
