中药制剂临床应用分析

摘要：
目的 探讨中药制剂临床应用情况，旨在为临床合理用药提供理论参考。方法 随机抽取我院1 200张处方及600份医嘱，分析统计中药制剂临床应用情况。结果 >46 岁患者比例为41.2%，明显多于0~2 岁、3~18 岁、19~45 岁患者。中药制剂应用主要科室包括心内科、呼吸科、消化科、妇产科，中药制剂常用剂型包括注射剂、粉针剂、口服剂。1 800 例患者中不良反应发生率为6.9%，主要不良反应类型包括皮肤及附件、消化系统、循环系统、呼吸系统等，具体表现复杂多样。结论 中药制剂在临床多种疾病治疗中得到了广泛应用，但是部分患者服用后会存在不良反应，临床要合理采取措施进行规避。

Clinical application of Chinese medicine preparation

ABSTRACT: Objective To investigate the clinical application of tra ditional Chinese medicine preparation, in order to provide the reference for clinical rational drug use. Methods A total of 1 200 prescriptions and 600 doctor``s advice were randomly selected to analyze the clinical application of traditional Chinese medicine preparation. Results Patients over 46 years of age accounted for 41.2% , which were significantly more than 0 -2, 3 -18 and 19 -45 years old patients. The traditional Chinese medicine preparations mainly applied in the departments of cardiology, pneumology, gastroenterolog, gynaecology and obstetrics，and the dosage forms commonly included injection, powder injection, oral agent. Among 1 800 cases, the incidence of adverse reactions was 6.9% , which mainly included skin and appendages, digestive system, circulatory system and respiratory system, the specific performances were complicated. Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine are widely used in clinical treatment of various diseases, but some patients have adverse reactions after taking, clinical practice needs to take reasonable measures to avoid.
