推拿结合针刺不同远端穴位治疗急性腰扭伤临床疗效对比

摘要：

目的 比较推拿结合针刺不同远端穴位治疗急性腰扭伤的临床效果。方法 随机选取200例急性腰扭伤患者，将其分为 A、B、C、D、E组，各40例。在行相同推拿治疗后分别选取腰痛穴、后溪穴、委中穴、承山穴和水沟穴进行针刺治疗，比较五组患者的临床疗效及治疗前、后的VAS评分。结果 五组患者的临床治疗总有效率比较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。治疗后，五组患者的VAS评分明显降低（P<0.05）；但五组之间比较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论 推拿结合针刺远端穴位可有效提高急性腰扭伤患者的临床治疗效果，但不同远端穴位的治疗效果并无明显差别，在治疗时只需依患者实际情况选择痛阈值较低的穴位，并给予足够刺激量，均能取得良好的治疗效果。

Clinical efficacy comparison of massage combined with acupuncture at different distal acupoints in the treatment of acute lumbar muscle sprain

ABSTRACT: Objective To compare the clinical effects of massage combined with acupuncture at different distal acupoints in the treatment of acute lumbar muscle sprain. Methods Two hundred patients with acute lumbar muscle sprain were randomly selected and divided into A, B, C, D, E group, with 40 cases in each group. After the same massage treatment, yaotong point, houxi point, weizhong point, chengshan point and shuigou point were selected for acupuncture treatment. The clinical efficacy and the VAS scores before and after treatment of the five groups were compared. Results There were no significant differences in the total effective rate of clinical treatment in the five groups (P>0.05). After treatment, the VAS scores of the five groups were significantly lower than those before treatment (P<0.05), but there were no significant differences among the five groups (P>0.05). Conclusion Massage combined with acupuncture at different distal acupoints can effectively improve the clinical effect of acute lumbar muscle sprain, but there is no significant difference in the treatment of different distal acupoints. In the treatment of acute lumbar muscle sprain, pections the acupoints of lower feeling threshold should be choosen according to the actual situation of patients, and give enough amount of stimulation, which can achieve good therapeutic effect.
