人性化护理联合健康教育应用于剖宫产产妇护理中的临床效果

摘要：

目的 探讨人性化护理联合健康教育在剖宫产产妇护理中的应用效果。方法 将150例剖宫产产妇依据入院时间分为两组，对照组产妇（75例）给予常规产科护理，观察组产妇（75 例）在此基础上应用人性化护理并充分实施健康教育，使用产后抑郁量表（HAMD量表）及汉密尔顿抑郁量表（EPDS量表）评估两组产妇在治疗期间的精神状态及健康情况。比较两组产妇的护理满意度、HAMD量表与EPDS量表评分，比较其术后并发症发生率。结果 观察组护理满意度评分及HAMD量表、EPDS量表评分明显优于对照组（P<0.05）。观察组术后并发症发生率低于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 人性化护理联合健康教育在剖宫产产妇护理中有着良好的应用效果，对提升产妇护理满意度、改善产妇精神状态等均有重要作用，可有效降低产妇术后并发症发生率，值得临床推广。

The clinical effect of humanized nursing combined with health education in the nursing of maternal with cesarean delivery

ABSTRACT: Objective To explore the application effect of humanized nursin g combined with health education in the nursing of maternal with cesarean delivery Methods A total of 150 cases of maternal with cesarean section in our hospital were divided into two groups according to hospitalization time, patients in control group (75 cases) received routine obstetric nursing care, patients in observation group (75 cases) accepted humanized nursing combined with health education on the basis of the control group. The mental state and health status of the two groups during treatment were assessed by the postpartum depression scale (HAMD scale) and the Hamilton Depression Scale (EPD  scale). The nursing satisfaction, scores of HAMD scale and EPDS scale and the incidence of complications between the two groups were compared. Results The nursing satisfaction and the scores of HAMD scale and EPDS scale in the observation group were better than those in the control group (P<0.05). The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Humanized nursing combined with health education in the nursing of maternal with cesarean delivery has a good application effect, it is important to improve the nursing satisfaction and patients`` mental state, effectively reduce the incidence of postoperative complications, which is worthy of clinical popularization.
