丁苯酞注射液及丁苯酞胶囊治疗急性脑梗死的临床效果

摘要：

目的 探讨在急性脑梗死患者治疗过程中使用丁苯酞注射液及丁苯酞胶囊治疗的临床疗效。方法 选取我院收治的80例急性脑梗死患者为研究对象，随机分为观察组和对照组，每组40例。对照组患者采用丁苯酞胶囊治疗，观察组患者采用丁苯酞注射液治疗。比较两组患者的卒中评分、治疗总有效率和不良反应发生情况。结果 治疗后，两组患者的卒中评分明显优于治疗前，且观察组患者卒中评分明显优于对照组（P<0.05）。观察组患者的治疗总有效率为95.00%，明显高于对照组的 77.50%（P<0.05）。两组患者的不良反应发生率比较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论 通过丁苯酞注射液及丁苯酞胶囊治疗急性脑梗死的临床疗效对比发现，丁苯酞注射液能够更好地改善患者的临床情况，提高其治疗效果，值得临床推广应用。

Clinical effect of butylphthalide injection and butylphthalide capsules in the treatment

of acute cerebral infarction

ABSTRACT: Objective To explore the clinical effect of butylp hthalide injection and butylphthalide capsules in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction. Methods Eighty acute cerebral infarction patients admitted in our hospital were selected as the study objects. All the patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 40 cases in each group. The control group was given butylphthalide capsules, and the observation group was treated with butylphthalide injection. The stroke scores, total effective rates and incidences of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the stroke scores of the two groups were better than those before treatment, and the stroke score of the observation group was better than that of the control group (P<0.05). The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.00%, which was higher than 77.50% of the control group (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion The clinical efficacy comparison of butylphthalide injection and butylphthalide capsules in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction shows that butylphthalide injection can improve the clinical condition of patients more actively. It can improve the curative effect, which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
