依达拉奉联合血栓通治疗脑梗塞的效果分析

摘要：

目的 研究依达拉奉与血栓通对脑梗塞患者的临床治疗效果。方法 选择在我院进行诊治的脑梗塞患者100例，随机将其分为观察组与对照组，各50例。对照组采用依达拉奉治疗，观察组采用依达拉奉与血栓通联合治疗，观察两组患者治疗前、后的NIHSS评分和Barthel指数、血小板聚集率和血粘稠度以及临床治疗效果。结果 观察组的治疗总有效率明显高于对照组（P<0.05）；治疗后，两组患者的NIHSS评分明显降低，Barthel指数明显升高，且观察组变化更明显（P<0.05）；治疗后，两组的血小板聚集率和血粘稠度均明显降低，且观察组降低更明显（P<0.05）。结论 依达拉奉与血栓通联用可以降低脑梗塞患者的神经功能缺损程度，改善其血液流变学状态和生活自理活动能力。

Effect analysis of edaravone combined with xueshuantong injection in treating cerebral infarction

ABSTRAC T: Objective To study the clinical therapeutic effect of edaravone combined with xueshuantong injection in treating patients with cerebral infarction. Methods One hundred cases of patients with cerebral infarction in our hospital from January 2015 to December 2015 were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 40 cases in each group. The control group was treated with edaravone, and the observation group was treated with edaravone combined with xueshuantong injection. The NIHSS score, Barthel index, platelet aggregation rate, blood viscosity before and after treatment and clinical therapeutic effect in the two groups were observed. Results The effective rate of the observation group was obviously higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the NIHSS scores of the two groups obviously decreased and Barthel index obviously increased, and those in the observation group were more apparent (P<0.05). After treatment, the platelet aggregation rate and blood viscosity of the two groups obviously decreased, and those in the observation group were more apparent (P<0.05). Conclusion Edaravone combined with xueshuantong injection can lower the degree of nervous functional defects of patients with cerebral infarction, and improve blood rheology and ability of life self-care.
