试析预成纤维桩或可塑纤维桩在口腔修复中的临床效果

摘要：

目的 试析预成纤维桩或可塑纤维桩在口腔修复中的临床效果。方法 选取我院2014年2月至2017年2月收治的140例口腔修复患者作为研究对象。将患者随机分为观察组和对照组，每组70例患者。对照组采用可塑纤维桩进行修复治疗，观察组采用预成纤维桩进行修复治疗。比较两组患者的治疗总有效率、口腔修复满意率、每颗纤维桩修复所需时间。结果 观察组患者的每颗纤维桩修复所需时间为（64.58±5.06）min 明显短于对照组的（112.43±11.27）min，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）；观察组患者的治疗总有效率为97.14%，明显高于对照组的84.29%，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）；观察组患者的修复满意度为95.71%，明显高于对照组的81.43%，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 相较于可塑纤维桩，预成纤维桩在口腔修复中的临床效果较为显著，值得临床推广及应用。

Analysis of the clinical effect of prefabricated fiber post or plastic fiber post in prosthodontics

ABSTRACT: Objective To explore the clinical effect of prefabricated fiber post or plastic fiber post in prosthodontics. Methods One hundred and forty patients needed oral rehabilitation in our hospital from February 2014 to February 2017 were selected as study objects and randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 70 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were treated with plastic fiber post, while the observation group received prefabricated fiber post. The total efficiency rate, oral repair satisfaction rate and each fiber pile repair time in the two groups were compared. Results The repair time of each fiber pile in the observation group was (64.58±5.06) min, which was shorter than (112.43±11.27) min in the control group (P<0.05). The total effective rate of observation group was 97.14%, which was obviously higher than 84.29% of the control group (P<0.05). The satisfaction rate of oral cavity repair of the observation group was 95.71%, which was obviously higher than 81.43% of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Compared to plastic fiber posts, the clinical effect of prefabricated fiber post in oral repair is significant, which is worthy of promotion and application in clinic.
