消肿止痛方外敷联合切开复位内固定在粉碎性跟骨骨折患者中的应用观察

摘要：

目的 观察消肿止痛方外敷联合切开复位内固定在粉碎性跟骨骨折患者中的应用效果。方法 选取2015年12月至2016年11月在我院治疗的88例粉碎性跟骨骨折患者作为研究对象，运用随机数表法将其分为观察组（44例）与对照组（44例）。 术前给予对照组β七叶皂甙钠治疗，观察组则在对照组用药治疗的基础上给予消肿止痛方进行治疗，两组均行切开复位内固定术治疗。观察两组患者临床相关指标以及临床疗效。结果 观察组皮肤首次出现褶皱时间、局部疼痛消失时间短于对照组，踝周径差值、足周径差值大于对照组（P<0.05）。两组患者的足部康复优良率比较，差异没有统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论 粉碎性跟骨骨折应用消肿止痛方外敷与切开复位内固定术联合治疗效果理想，利于促进病灶快速消肿，可加速患者康复进程， 临床普及价值高。

Observation of external application of Xiaozhong Zhitong prescription combined with open reduction and internal fixation in patients with comminuted calcaneal fracture

ABSTRACT: Objective To observe the effect of external application of Xiaozhong Zhitong prescription combined with open reduction and internal fixation (ORIF) in patients with comminuted calcaneal fracture. Methods From December 2015 to November 2016, 88 patients with comminuted calcaneal fracture treated in our hospital were enrolled in the study objects and divided into observation group (n=44) and control group (n=44) according to random number table method. Before the surgery of ORIF, the control group was treated with β -aescine sodium and observation group was given Xiaozhong Zhitong prescription based on the control group. The clinical related indicators and clinical efficacy in the two groups were compared. Results The first wrinkle time, disappearance time of local pain in the observation group were shorter than those of the control group, the difference value of ankle perimeter, difference value of foot perimeter in the observation group were shorter than those of control group (P<0.05). There was no statistical difference in the clinical efficacy between the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion External application of Xiaozhong Zhitong prescription combined with ORIF for comminuted calcaneal fracture has satisfactory curative effect, which can promote rapid subsidence of swelling and accelerate patients`` recovery. It has high clinical promotional value.
