中西医结合治疗围绝经期功能失调性子宫出血136例临床效果

摘要：

目的 探讨中西医结合治疗围绝经期功能失调性子宫出血的临床效果。方法 选择我院收治的136 例围绝经期功能失调性子宫出血患者为研究对象，随机分为试验组和对照组，各68 例。对照组患者给予常规西医治疗，试验组患者给予中西医结合治疗。比较两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果 试验组患者的总有效率为95.59%，明显高于对照组的79.41%（P<0.01）。试验组患者的出血控制时间及完全出血时间明显优于对照组（P<0.01）。治疗后，两组患者的E2、LH、FSH水平明显优于治疗前，且试验组明显优于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 在围绝经期功能失调性子宫出血患者的治疗过程中，中西医结合治疗能缩短出血时间，并有利于改善激素水平，提高治疗效果，值得临床推广应用。

Clinical effect of integrated Chinese and western medicine in 136 cases of patients with perimenopausal

dysfunctional uterine bleeding

ABSTRACT：Objective To explore the clinical effect of integrated Chinese and western medicine in patients with perimenopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding. Methods A total of 136 perimenopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding patients admitted in our hospital were selected as the study objects, all the patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, with 68 cases in each group. The control group was treated with routine western medicine, and the experimental group was given integrated Chinese and western medicine. The clinical effects of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was 95.59% , which was higher than 79.41% of the control group (P<0.01). The bleeding control time and total bleeding time of the experimental group were better than those of the control group (P<0.01). After treatment, the levels of E2, LH and FSH in the two groups were better than those before treatment, and those in the experimental group were better than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion In the treatment process in perimenopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding, integrated Chinese and western medicine can significantly shorten the bleeding time and greatly improve the therapeutic effect, which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
