中药饮片中质量安全问题的成因和对策分析

摘要：
目的 探讨与分析中药饮片中质量安全问题的成因和对策。方法 对2015年6月至2016年5月我院165批次、978个品种的中药饮片的退货记录与验收情况进行回顾性分析，分析中药饮片质量安全问题的成因和对策。结果 退货的中药饮片中共11批次发现安全隐患，涉及的品种为48种，原因主要为加工保管环节未处理适当、有害物质含量超标、生产与加工标 准偏低、掺伪掺假及炮制不合格，针对这些问题可以采取对采购人员实施培训、制定中药炮制统一操作标准和质量标准、改善贮存条件及改进仓储的保管工作等措施进行解决。结论 中药饮片中的质量安全问题成因是多方面的，要依照具体的情况进行改善，从而保证中药饮片质量的安全。

Analysis of the causes and countermeasures of quality and safety problems in traditional Chinese medicine pieces

ABSTRACT: Objective To explore the causes and countermeasures of quality and safety problems in traditional Chinese medicine pieces. Methods Retrospective analysis of the return records and acceptance of 165 batches and 978 varieties of Chinese medicinal pieces in our hospital from June 2015 to May 2016 was carried out, and the causes and countermeasures were analyzed. Results There were 14 batches of Chinese herbal medicine pieces with quality and safety problems, and 48 species were involved. The main reasons were that the processing and storage were not properly dealt with, the contents of harmful substances exceeded the standard, the production and processing standards were low, adulterated adulteration and concocted unqualified. In response to these problems, measures could be conducted, such as training procurement personnel, developping uniform processing standards and quality standards, improving storage conditions and storage. Conclusion There are many causes of quality and safety in Chinese herbal pieces, and it should be solved according to the specific situation, so as to further ensure the quality and safety of Chinese medicine pieces.
