早期康复措施对老年心血管疾病患者健康行为、负性情绪及护理满意度的影响

摘要：
目的 探讨早期康复措施对老年心血管疾病患者健康行为、负性情绪及护理满意度的影响。方法 选择2014年6月至 2016年6月我院收治的老年心血管疾病患者156例，以随机数字表法将其均分研究组与对照组，各78例。对照组采取常规护理干预措施，研究组在对照组的基础上给予早期康复干预措施。观察对比两组患者对健康行为的掌握能力，护理前、后负性情绪的变化及护理满意度。结果 研究组患者的用药方法、用药时间、用药知识、饮食合理、运动合理的掌握率均明显高于对照组（P<0.05）。护理后，两组患者的SDS与SAS评分均低于护理前，且研究组患者护理后的SDS与SAS评分均低于对照组（P<0.05）。研究组患者的护理满意度为97.44%（76/78），明显高于对照组的74.36%（58/78）（X2=17.145，P<0.05）。结论 早期康复措施可以强化老年心血管疾病患者的健康行为，纠正其负性情绪，提高护理满意度。

Influence of early rehabilitation measures in health behavior, negative emotion and nursing satisfaction on senile patients with cardiovascular disease

ABSTRACT: Objective To study the influence of early rehabilitation measures in health behavior, negative emotion and nursing satisfaction on senile patients with cardiovascular disease. Methods From June 2014 to June 2016 in our hospital, 156 cases of senile patients with cardiovascular disease were grouped into study group and control group with random table method, with 78 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing intervention, while the study group was given early rehabilitation measures on the basis of the control group. The mastery ability of health behaviors, change of negative emotion before and after nursing and nursing satisfaction were observed and compared in the two groups. Results The mastery ability rate of medication methods, medication time, medication knowledge, eat properly, sensible exercise in the study group were significantly higher than those of the control group (P<0.05). After nursing, the SDS and SAS scores in the two groups were lower than those before nursing, and those in the study group were lower than the control group (P<0.05). The satisfaction rate of the study group was 97.44% (76/78), which was significantly higher than 74.36% (58/78) of the control group (X2=17.145, P<0.05). Conclusion Early rehabilitation measures can strengthen the health behavior of elderly patients with cardiovascular disease, correct their negative emotions and improve the nursing satisfaction.
